HOARD FASHION is a UK based fashion boutique promoting on-demand access to high-end streetwear and luxury fashion through a monthly subscription model that allows our subscribers to access up to 3 different items for a combined total of 21 days per month.
HOW IT WORKS:
Sing Up
Sign up by creating an account and activating your subscription in the account section.
Place An Order
Once you have successfully subscribed to the HOARD, you are instantly able to place your first order by select the product you would like to order and the order length (1,2 or 3 week), add the product to your basket and confirm the booking.
Your product order will then be processed and shipped free of charge to be received on or before your selected start date, once shipped, you will received a status update in the account section of the app, as well as tracking information.
Delivery
Confirm that you have received the delivery of the product in the account section. Once received, enjoy the product for the duration of the order (please use with care).
Return
When returning the product, repackage the product by using the resealable parcel box it was delivered in. Stick the pre-paid return label above the delivery information on the front-outer side of the box and rip the resealable strip to close the parcel box.
Lastly, to complete the return, kindly drop the parcel box at an official Royal Mail post office.
Upon receiving the return, the order status will be updated and you will be able to process your next order.
